Neighborhood Place's Housing Stabilization Program is designed to provide income eligible households with both long- and short-term rental assistance and case management. Program participants can expect a case management experience that strongly emphasizes the development of self-sufficiency by focusing on employment, education, housing, wellness, and/or income management goals. Household must be within income guidelines; be willing to participate in case management; and meet other eligibility criteria.
